Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases live in your Apple account, not on the device, so this brings back anything you have bought, including on a new phone. If it still does not appear, email us and say which book.
Your library, positions, bookmarks and saved passages are stored on your device rather than on our servers, which is what lets the app work without an account. That also means they do not move by themselves. Before switching phones, export a copy from Settings and import it on the new device. Purchases are separate and always restore.
Volunteer recordings vary a lot: different rooms, different microphones, different years. Selected titles get an enhanced edition that has been professionally mastered for consistent volume, reduced noise, and a cleaner listen. That is what an enhanced edition is, and it is a one-time purchase for that book. Everything else in the catalog is free.
