Voxelle is an iOS app that turns free, volunteer-read public domain audiobooks into a polished listening experience. It is a product of Thummin LLC (United States). You can reach us at support@voxelle.app.
The audiobooks in Voxelle are based on public domain recordings that we clean up, level, and enhance for a better listening experience. We give you a personal license to stream and download these enhanced files for your own listening inside the Voxelle app.
Please do not redistribute the enhanced files. Do not re-upload them for distribution, repackage or resell them, and do not host them for others to download. The original public domain recordings remain free for anyone to find at their source. What you may not do is take our enhanced versions and resell or distribute them.
We hope you’ll love what we’re doing at Voxelle. We support and promote the hard work of LibriVox volunteers and the Internet Archive, and we encourage you to support them here. You support our work when you buy our premium editions. Everything else in the app is 100% free.
Premium editions are one-time purchases, sold per book. There is no subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple, and purchases are subject to Apple's own terms. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
The Voxelle app, its name and branding, its artwork, and its written descriptions are the property of Thummin LLC and are provided for your personal use. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Voxelle is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee that every title, feature, or service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thummin LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of Voxelle after changes are posted means you accept them.
